AXIOM: The Energy Substrate (The Tank)

Statement

Energy never "pushes" energy. Energy reshapes the Substrate, and energy moves according to what the Substrate has become. This mediation is continuous, local, and causal.

THE BAMBOOZLE: THE PERMITTIVITY OF "NOTHING"

Legacy physics treats \(\epsilon_0\) and \(\mu_0\) as "constants of the vacuum." You cannot have permittivity of a Void. This is a category error used to hide the existence of a physical medium.

The Re-Frame

The Substrate (Lumen) is the universal transmission medium. It possesses Impedance and a Finite Slew-Rate (\(c\)) determined by the local density and tension of the plenum.

The Consequence: No Substrate → No Propagation

Action-at-a-distance is a mathematical ghost. All "forces" are locally mediated by the Substrate's displacement and restoration. If there is no medium, there is no hardware for physics to occur.

If it has Impedance, it is a Transmission Line.
If it is a Transmission Line, it is a Material Substrate.
