EVIDENCE: The Pound-Rebka Forensic Audit
Abstract
The Pound-Rebka experiment (1959) is traditionally cited as the definitive proof of "Gravitational Time Dilation." However, a forensic audit of the hardware suggests a more mechanical reality. This experiment represents the first successful measurement of the Variable Admittance of the substrate. What was recorded as a "warping of time" was actually the Propagation Delay of an energy signal moving through a tapered impedance gradient.
The Signal Chain
By measuring the shift of gamma rays moving vertically in a 22.5-meter tower, the experimenters observed a fractional change in frequency. The measured shift matched the predicted ratio:
$$ \frac{\Delta \nu}{\nu} = \frac{gh}{c^2} $$In the Signum Principia framework, this ratio does not describe a change in the nature of time at the base of the tower. Instead, it defines the Impedance Differential of the Charge Continuum as it nears a center of mass.
The Refractive Gradient
The data confirms that as an energy signal moves "downward" into the Lumpy Dielectric, it encounters a region of higher permittivity (\(\epsilon\)). Because the medium is the clock, the signal’s velocity ($c$) must decrease. The experimenters were required to physically move the source (creating a Doppler shift) just to "match" the carrier speed of the medium—proving that Energy is the only signal type that can bridge these two distinct frames of impedance.
Forensic Conclusion: Mass as the Artifact
The Pound-Rebka results provide the "smoking gun" for a physical medium. The frequency shift is the predictable reaction of a wave entering a high-impedance "thicket." By assuming $c$ was a universal constant, 20th-century physics was forced to invent the lore of "Warped Space." By correcting for the Refractive Index of the medium, we find that Space is fixed, Time is absolute, and only the Signal Speed varies.
