Substrate Inertia (Permeability)

In Resonant Relativity, \(\mu_0\) represents the Magnetic Inertia of the Lumen. It is the substrate's resistance to "Twist" or rotational displacement (The Faraday Link).

THE WEIGHT SPEC

If \(\epsilon_0\) is the spring, \(\mu_0\) is the Mass of the Coil. It represents the "heaviness" of the substrate's response to an energy load.

The Engineering Reality: The speed of light is capped because the substrate has Inertia. It takes a finite amount of time for the medium to "roll" and pass the signal to the next grain in the lattice.

[ GEEK NOTE: THE FLYWHEEL ]

You can't accelerate a flywheel instantly because it has mass. You can't accelerate a light wave instantly because the Lumen has \(\mu_0\). It is the universal Drag Factor. Without this inertia, the universe would "short out" and all energy would be everywhere at once. \(\mu_0\) is what gives the universe a Sequencer.
